BIO
Jennifer Estime, a local native, born and raised in Miami Florida is currently Development Manager for Merrimac Ventures, she oversees all facets of Development Projects within the company’s portfolio. Along with advocacy work in the community over the last 10+ years, Jennifer continues to pursue her passion of running, as a professional Track & Field athlete for Team Haiti, her parent’s homeland.
Jennifer has a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Miami, where she was a D-1 Track & Field athlete. Professionally she has 12+ years in the field with experience in mixed use high-rise residential, managing projects from land acquisition and driving them forward from construction start through completion/turnover to Operations. Jennifer has essential relationships with multiple city district departments, and related agencies as a key liaison. Starting in 2018, Jennifer has been an instrumental part of the Miami World Center Development Project, a city within a city transforming the City of Miami.
Prior to Miami World Center, Jennifer worked under Architecture umbrella on multiple mixed-use projects throughout South Florida, including X-Miami, and Panorama Tower in Brickell, where she worked on all stages of design from Design Development to Construction Administration.
Jennifer has been on the Board of Directors for TML since 2015 and has been our Vice President supporting former President Che Scott last few years, and is honored to step into the role as his successors to continue to engage and propel TML forward alongside the city’s continuing transformation & growth.
